-From 15 /01/2022 till date working as maintenance & operation division manager for newabaa submission ( 220/66/22 kv), through Egyptian electricity transmission company.

- Witness all activity done in the modified SS. like (CT, VT LOOP. Test, Scheme check,Relay test, ( SEL 411, 7SD522, 7SA522, MICOM P546, RET 670 ) stability test for (TR's,LINE Feeders, & BB ), trip test, end to end test )
- Testing & commission 7SJ61, 7 UT 62, 7SL9323, REF 615, REF610, .
- Testing & commissioning all type of relay in the field, like. 7UT9224, 7SJ601,2, 7SD8013., 7SD522, KCCG, TALL221
- Supervision & Coordination of projects, Review design & modified it as required.
- Supervise & responsible for maintenance of GIS system (ABB, SIEMENS, MISUBISHI, HYC., HYUNDI,..), ( degasing, removing defective CT& VT, Gassing of SF6 & it's tests.
2) From Saudi Engineering Group International ( SEGI), DMM. is assigned to SEC EHV-PD (W&S) to coordinate & manage a new 380/33 KV SS as part of the Construction of Shoaiba II Power Plant Project. this 380/33 kv SS. Consists of 8 Dia., One and Half CB Scheme ( GIS) .
A) Responsibilities include the coordination & site supervision as Electrical Engineer \ Protection.
The contractors for the project are M/s Daelim, Korea & Siemens :
- Erection of equipment support structures, Tower's & gantries.
- Erection of Cable tray for control & power cables
- Cable pulling & termination & it's activity ( megger test, continuity test,..).
- Erection of Lighting system, Earthing Mesh.
- Erection of FIRE ALARM system, & Communication system.
- Erection of Fault Recorder system & SAS system.
- Erection of 13.8 kv SWGR system & it's control panels.
- Erection of AUX. Transformer, power cables,& it's protection system.
- Erection of Power transformer and it's accessories like Tap changer, Remote Tap changer cubicle, Conservator tank, Radiators, Cooler pipes and Pumps, Cooler control cubicle, etc .
- Erection of all GIS Equipment - This includes CB (SF6), ISOLATORS, EARTHING SWITCH, CT's, VT's, SURG ARRESTORS )
- Erection of BUSBAR System including Aluminum tubular bus and overhead ACSR Strung Bus.
Erection of Earthing system - This includes laying of Earthmat ( mesh )
- Cabling (Auxiliary power and control +protection cables) and interconnection &
lighting protection system
- Erection of control and relay panels and their earthing.
- Erection of Battery charger and Station Battery system .
- Erection of AC DB & DC DB, for AUX. Supply - this required for control circuit of CB, isolators, cooler control cubicle, On Tap Changer,Cooling fans, Control and Relay Panels, Station lighting, etc.
- Testing and Commissioning of all equipment and system of the substation . this includes testing of relays, Primary and secondary injection and testing of the whole system in un energized condition. ( CB's(contact resistance & timing ), VT's, CT's (megger,ratio, sec. & primary injection ), SF6 ( Dew point, purity & leakage test), Stability test, HV & Partial discharge test, alarm test, end to end test )
- Supervise GIS Gas filling - this includes ( Cleaning of Connections, Vacuuming, Gas filling )
B) Coordination & site supervision as Electrical Engineer. for Construction of NEW HHR-1\ 380/110/33/13.8 KV SS.

- MY RESPONSIBILITY :
1- Coordination and Supervision the ERICTION, INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING OF:
- 380 KV GIS, 110KV GIS, 33 KV GIS, 13.8 KV SWGR, Outdoor Surge arrestors,502 MVA power transformer 3nos. ( 380/ 110/ 13.8 kv ), 67 MVA power transformer 4 nos. ( 110 /13.8 kv ), 40 MVA power transformer 2 nos.( 380/33,& 110/33 kv), HV Cable ( 380 & 110 kv ), MV, LV, Control Cable, SAS,SOE, FR, Grounding and Shielding system, AC/DC system ( AUX .transformer,Battery, Battery Charger & Sub distribution boards. ), 13.8 KV Capacitor bank, etc.
2- Monitors construction contractors' electrical installation and testing activities.
3- Reviews contractor-submitted shop and as-built drawings, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits; and coordinates with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and/or their comments.
4- Reviews contractors' electrical quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plans, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, for electrical equipment and cable work, and provides comments for transmittal to the contractors.
5- Arranges meetings between the contractor and concerned departments to resolve interfacing problems during construction.
6- Organizes, coordinates, and conducts in conjunction with the concerned departments acceptance inspections and re-inspections of the completed permanent works, until all deficiencies are corrected and signed off.
7- Reviews contractors' invoices for correctness of installed quantities for the electrical portion of the permanent works.
C) As PROTECTION ENGINEER at 110 KV PROTECTION MODIFICATION PANELS at SEC- WOA .
- Main Contractor SIEMENS LTD.
- MY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Supervise the removal of old panels and installation of new one .
- Supervise the modification of CT BB ( isolate this compartment, degassing, removing old CT, install modified one, vacuuming, gas filling, SF6 Tests, CT primary injection, Stability test .)
- Witnesses all testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities to assure contractors' compliance with the approved plans and procedures.
- Attends a bi-weekly meeting between the Testing & Commission Construction team and the Contractor.
- Reviewed Design Breaker Failure Protection and Bus Bar Protection Panels, Annunciation Panel, Synchronizing panel drawings for substations.
- Check of all electrical material as per SEC standard.
3) From 27/1/2008 to 0 5/ 06/ 2012 as operational& maintenance engineer in EGYPTION ELECTRICITY COMPANY ( Electrical Canal zone )- (EETC) having commissioning activities and knowledge of safety rules and regulations and troubleshooting for(500-400-220-66-22kv)level. GIS & AIS
- Supervise the construction of ELTOUR 220/22 KV SS.
-Supervise the construction of lighting street of RASS CEDER City.
4) From2003 to the end of 2007 working as electrical engineer (site engineer – project engineer) in ( M.A.N ) International Contracting company(Cairo - Naser city ) .
- Construction the Electrical work for ( 3) factory at BADER industrial city- Cairo.
- Renew Samalout - Maghagha 33 kv transmission line.
- Under ground Cable (11 k.v.)project ( Cable pulling & termination )for Elnozha - Naser city .
- Construction of Under ground cables, lighting street & it's main feeding for Elmostaqbal city at Elismailya.
