Working diligently to facilitate timely attainment of project goals within set budget in accordance with customer expectations and the highest standards of quality in the industry.

Maintaining clear lines of communication with consultant, client and local authorities to promote amicable professional relationships, ensure mutual understanding on all issues, expedite the successful completion of necessary procedures, obtain approval for MEP works and provide effective practical solutions for any problems

Liaise with Approving Authorities such as ADDC, DEWA, Developers, Clients, etc.

Ensure that all designs are prepared in accordance with the latest local and international standards and must be able to coordinate all the activities required for obtaining approvals.

Produce designs and verify the drawings to ensure timely submission for NOC approvals from the Authorities and Clients.

Within the organization, liaise with other disciplines, departments and other engineers to prepare a well-coordinated design.

Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Specialty Lighting Consultants, Landscape Designers, etc.

Design Electrical network schemes from source to luminaires including distribution substations, Lighting Feeder Pillars/Mini Feeder Pillars, control cabinets, etc.

Preparation of BOQ, cable selections, voltage drop calculations, single line diagrams and load schedules.

Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor(s) submissions, shop drawings, material submittals and construction related matters

Carry out the final inspection for certification of completion and handing over of the works

Implement the site supervision quality procedures, and review submission requirements of the project, along with consultant.

Review all construction documents and highlight any design and contractual discrepancies with the concerned.

Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.

Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise, verify the installation of MEP works ensuring compliance with the contract documents.

Deployment, monitoring and controlling of resources like manpower, equipment, materials etc. to ensure optimum outputs and selection of construction methodology & its implementation.

Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with the schedule, contract documents, and project specification. Conduct periodic progress and performance reviews for the project. Monitor and control the schedules and costs against project plans.

Manage the scope of the project and ensure that scope changes are reviewed and approved by relevant Stakeholders.

Evaluate project activities utilizing quality measurements and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations and integrate with overall project effort.

Collect contract performance data and monitors performance against KPIs, monitors compliance with requirements and take appropriate steps to address non-compliance issues.

Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills. Expertise in Stakeholder engagement. Leadership skills to motivate team & achieve desired targets within set deadlines. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks even in pressured environment.

Update the Design development stage drawings and specifications to Construction phase. Revamp the whole design in accordance with local and international code requirements.

Obtain local Authority approvals on the design documents.

Regular Client interface including design review and progress meeting.

Nomination of Subcontractors, issue of RFC and EI.

Review of MEP Coordinated drawings for Landscaping and infrastructure.
