Professional Air Traffic Controller with 32 years combined experience in all specialties of air traffic control to include Tower (ATCT), Radar Approach Control (RAPCON, TRACON and GCA), and En Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). I served as on- the- job- training instructor in all specialties. I was certified as Watch supervisor or Operational Supervisor in all three specialties as well.

- I serve as the facility management lead in teaching the CIC class in collaboration with my NATCA counterpart.

- I served as the Management Representative on our local safety council working daily in collaboration with my NATCA counterpart tackling safety issues to improve the overall safety of the NAS within ZDC.

- I have served as one of the management facilitators for Recurrent Training since its inception.

- I am a management focal point for the Flight deck training program (FDT).

- I have instructed several training class stand-ups for the training department.

- I have been actively working with the training department on the use of the I- Pad training initiative.

- I have served on several training review boards and am very familiar with the training review board process.
