Inhouse & customer Quality
Monitoring the product quality at process stations and ensure products met print requirements.
Ensuring product Quality at final stage as per customer requirements and ensuring defects are not passed to customer.
Rejection data collection, coordinating CAPA meeting for analysis and tracking actions to reduce inhouse rejections & customer claim as CFT function.
Responsible for submission of customer required documents at each stage including final inspection reports, SPC, ISIR, APQP, PPAP and customer audit closure documents.
Maintaining records of internal and external calibration, SPC, MSA, APQP,PPAP, Process audit, product audit and quality related documents.
Visiting customer premises for Quality related concerns and support in segregation, problem analysis and defect prevention.
Supplier management
Involved in supplier evaluation, inspection of supplier items as receiving inspection and maintaining records.
Conducting supplier audits as per plan and ensuring reports and closure of observations points are done as per timeline.
Maintaining monthly performance reports of each supplier and co ordinating supplier meets for any issues in supplier related parts.
