ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES SYNOPSIS:

Prepare & review risk assessment, method statement, JHA and work permit to ensure that all activities correspondence with the documented procedures.

Provides technical support in all types of Safety/Environmental issues such as data gathering, training, and correspondence.

Conducts active workplace inspection to observe and correct/rectify unsafe condition and unsafe act

Coordinates the monthly ERP drill

Conducts training and HSE induction for new crew members

Conducts Pre Start –Up Safety Review (PSSR) with multidisciplinary team prior to commissioning.

Develops, reviews, and maintains the monthly HSE data visualization statistic dashboard

Liaises with the client EHS team and the Mgt. HSE regional manager to resolve any safety related concerns.

Performs internal audits, accident and incident investigation

Ensures that all members of the work party adhere to safe working system practices, and are fully conversant with the limitations/restrictions/hazards involved, and all precautions specified in the work permit are implemented

Ensures general safety of workers, client, and other contractors by implementing a visual hazard communication i.e warning signage

Prepare the HSE performance reports & present the HSE statistical summary during the Management HSE Monthly Meeting

Follow-up all Operational / HSE IMS documents, Effective Quality Management System, Effective Processes & Process Controls, and ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental standard.

Check and test fire-fighting equipment (extinguishers, fire pump, etc.) and the SCBA

Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations

Reduction / Elimination in client complaints and monitor the implementation of the proffered solution in the operation
