Carried out operations and maintenance Weigh feeders, weighbridge, Auto drain valves, Solenoid valves, calibration of gas analyzers O2 & Sox-Nox System.

Budget preparation for plant Instrumentation systems maintenance in line with Annual operating plant.

Identifying the spares and ensuring they are available readily. Preparation of document works & also handles man power.

Maintenance & Project Work:

I have completed of project Erection & Commissioning of ABB DCS & Rockwell automation (Allen Bradley PLC) systems with Fat & Sat. I have also established Comm. with Proper Architecture.

DCS Architecture communication drawing modification & editing as per plant recruitment and also all communication cable lying as per comm. schedule. I/O Assignment to controllers.

Control Logics Checking with process team and Implementation of new logics as per process requirement. Having experienced in DCS Fat & Sat.

Installation and Commission of DCS/PLC Network Panels and Network establishment IO panels to third Party equipment like IMCC, VFD and RIO panels.

Erection I/O, DCS Control, TSI, Governor Panel, VFD & BOP Panels, field instrument, junction box, reviews of hook up drawing and Cable schedule.

Commission and Maintenance of Rockwell IMCC (E300), LV VFD (ABB, Danfoss) and MV VFD (HT VFD) Hitachi.

Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instrument’s spare parts.

HITACHI makes MVVFD (HT 6.6 KV) up to 1600KVA erection & commissioning with load. ABB makes HT Motor Up to 1050 KW erection & commissioning.

Planning controlling and execution of all Instrumentation erection activities, commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and control system within the Project schedule.

Planning of C&I work execution as per the priority & availability of fronts and materials, preparing weekly & monthly work schedule for achieving the desired targets with quality and safety.

Plan day by day activities; manage manpower as per work priority.

Coordinates construction activities like cable tray work, cable laying, Substation installation, MPDB, APDB, ALDB, Lighting Transformer, Smart IMCC, All PCC, UPS, LVVFD, MVVFD, IO Panel, Auxiliary transformer & HT Panel Installation.

Contractor Bill checking, Bill passing and Bill entry sheet in SAP. Also prepare justification & Material reconciliation reports.

Hands on experience in Instrument & Electrical erection drawings and documents. Commissioning and troubleshooting experience of electrical systems.
