Ensure sub-contractors compliance to the project HSE Plan, Legal requirement & Client requirements.

Generate and circulate HSE alerts to emphasis certain hazards, practices or control measures.

Conducting accident/incident and near miss investigations and ensure causal factors are identified, actions closed and lessons learnt shared.

Compose and Conducting tool box talks / training sessions to enhance Health and Safety knowledge and awareness among staff and workers

Develop and submit HSE reports as per project requirements.

Developed INTERNAL AUDITS procedure and conducting company’s internal audits across various projects and the Sub-contractors AUDITS to ensure compliance with OHSMS. Achievements:

ADNOC approved HSE Engineer.

Awarded by ADNOC for exceptional performance

DEAP (Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects) approved HSE Officer.
