As a RA I have many responsibilities. These responsibilities consist of frequently being on call for about 14hrs as well as on call for some weekends, checking people in and out of their rooms, and occasionally handing out Quarantine meals. I am, in many cases the first responder to any issues, when on duty, like lock-outs, roommate disagreements, or even medical emergencies, making sure the correct people are contacted. (April 2017-June 2017) 108 hours - 9 hours/week -12 weeks I participated in a mental health enrichment class that is known to improve people’s well-being, build confidence, provide therapy, and heal people.
