eBay Inc Implemented a Talend data fabric cloud solution in order to replace the 15 years old webMethods EAI platform in order to minimize the cost and effort which is a more than a year project which I have executed successfully with team size of 25 and got the spot award for the successful implementation and migration of the integrations. As part of this migration, it involves 500+integations, SAP and legacy HR,Finance, legal and WPR applications.

My role as follows.

· Managing the delivery which spread across cross functional teams in multiple geolocations.

· Worked with stakeholders and approvers and BU to prepare the roll out plan and releases.

· Gathered functional Requirements and finalize the frozen requirement for technical design.

· Responsible for Infosec review process of the Architecture design.

· Review Design documents and Mapping specs for source to downstream applications.

· Took care of budget allocation, vendor resource management/SOWs and Resource allocation.

· Tracked the progress of project using JIRA dashboard, this is prepared using gadgets and filters.
