Proficient in both the Allscripts (2013-2020) and EPIC (2020-present) reporting environments. Participated in the conversion of the Electronic Medical Record from Allscripts to EPIC in 2020. Developed EPIC/SQL reports for Neonatal Unit, General Medicine and other departments as requested. Completed EPIC certifications for Business Intelligence Developer (BID).
Director Health Informatics Research and Development - October 2008 to March 2013
Initiated and led efforts to improve health data quality to support robust community health reporting. This included development of an enterprise information architecture for research database development, and policies and practices for external data requests.
