WORK EXPERIENCE
Over the twelve years of working in Department of Health, I have worked as Administration Manager in TB office Aganang Municipality for two years and worked as a Receptionist Data Entry clerk at Maraba clinic for ten years.
Responsible for providing a high quality service to individual patients and clients entering the facility on daily basis and managing all facility information with high level of confidentiality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY AT MARABA CLINIC
Serve as an entry point/receptionist for all people entering the premises or call the premises.
Direct all clients entering the premises to the relevant personnel
Answer all calls and direct them to the relevant personnel.
Maintain filling system and manage the records
Sort and prepare documents for archiving and disposal processes
Perform all administrative duties(Typing of minutes in meetings, letters,faxing and emailing document and make photocopies )
Ensure on-going data capture from files into the database within agreed timeframes( daily data capturing)
Ensure records and files are properly kept and secured(file numerically)
Report missing data and errors to the manager
Identify, resolve or query missing data and errors observed during data entry, electronic checks or manual reviews
