Daily operation and maintenance of their Boilers which were Clever/Brooks ( CB 250 package boilers) also maintained (5) Train 55 ton refrigeration systems and (4) train 35 ton refrigeration systems, also a Quincy heliacal screw air compressor, a sweetwater chiled water system, these were my primary maintenance responsibilities, I also was a shift engineer which meant that I was also responsible for maintaining the plant operation while on duty, which included all production equipment, From the industrial mixers, pocket divider to the rounder, the proofer and two very large tunnel ovens, the overhead coolers, the slicers and the baggers, and packaging and shipping, all repairs and fabrication within the bakery. including welding, running an engine lathe, milling machine, drill press, tap and die, and all aspects of metal fab and as well as plumbing and electrical needs, 115-440VAC, also worked with numerous sensors, Micro, IR, magnetic proximity, AC/ DC motors, start stop stations, safety interlocks, as well as numerous conveyor belt systems. I performed scheduled P/M on all associated equipment. I have experience with Arc and Tig welding and with (sweating) copper tubing soldering and brazing, either for refrigeration or plumbing.
