Participated in creation of ArcGIS extension modules specially designed for the reengineering of the existing Orange County Utilities Water System. QC’ed the 5 Year Review by bringing in aerials of the county and marking parcels with improvements. This offset the cost of quality control, saving the county several hundred man-hours from outsourcing, saved fuel and time for appraisers, by cutting their time in the field from appraising 30,000 parcels down to 3000 parcels. Military Experience

Aviation Technician E5, Dec 1985-Aug 1991. United States Navy Norfolk Virgina. Squadron VR-56. Preformed scheduled and unscheduled electrical and general maintenance on C9B aircraft. Qualified as a Plane Captain and APU certified several months under the allotted time for these quals to be achieved. In addition I took on the responsibility of a Collateral Duty Inspector for AT (Aviation Technicians), AE

(Aviation Electricians) shops, and the line shack which is responsible for all launches, landings, 14 and 28 day inspections. I became Aircrew shortly after coming to the squadron and received a Top Secret Clearance. Supervisor of nights and mid shift, sometimes running a shop of 12 plus servicemen. Trained reservist in electronic maintenance and aircrew. Served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm as Aircrew and aviation technician and electrican, in charge of keeping the plane in the air during missions. AIMD (Avionics Intermediate Maintenance Department) was a shore duty shop where I troubleshot and repaired circuit boards down to component level as well as troubleshot, repaired and fabricated cable harnesses.
