Responsible for Self-Execution of Doha Green line Underground Metro project MEP Works for Area 1(5 underground metro stations, 2 switch boxes, 10 km Tunnel) and Area 4(1 underground metro station, 1 CCP (Central Cooling Plant), 1 switch box, and stabling yard) Key responsible was to successfully manage, execute, complete and handover green line metro with tunnel line running residential tower areas . Managed and accomplished T&C through FAT( Factory Acceptance Tests ), IT( Installation Tests ), SAT(Standalone tests ), SIT( System Integration Tests ) and STP( System Performance Tests )Stages, proceeded with QCDD (Qatar Civil Defence) inspections and obtain approvals.

After Local Authority approvals(QCDD, ASHGHAL, KAHRAMAA ) conducted ultimate system checks and inspections with operator(RKH) and successfully handed over project. Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.

Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
