In 2010, she joined The centre for HIV/AIDS Prevention Studies (CHAPS) where she successfully severed for 5 years. Sister Biola supervised all VMMC operations including the VMMC unit at Zola Clinic in Soweto. In 2013, this particular branch was recognized by the Gauteng Department of Health (NDoH) as the centre of excellence, both in terms of quality of services delivery and results/ target achieved in the provincial VMMC program. In the following year, she received an award as the best clinical and regional manager employee who was able to managed and supervised 71 clinics across the organization. In 2016 sister Biola jumped ship to work with the University Research Co., LLC
(URC) as a Provincial Coordinator and Quality Specialist for Gauteng province where she served successfully. Because of her special skill and passion for her career, sister Pauline was successfully selected and certified by USAID under Assist Project in 2017 as one of the first Moderator for Online Training Hub (OTH). Being known as a facilitator and moderator led for OTH, she was able to monitor and mentor clinicians across the country (doctors and nurses) to complete their course online within a limited timeframe. Four years later in 2018, she joined the Aurum Institute as a QA assurance manager across numbers of projects within the organization and participated actively in June 2019 on WHO EQA project supported by NDoH South Africa. She was selected as a perfect candidate to work in Swaziland where she supported the Eswatini HIV Prevention and Clinical Services (EHPCS) project funded by EGPAF and USAID. She provided QA and CQI coaching and mentoring within 7 VMMC facilities in the Hhohho and Shiselweni regions in the north and south of Eswatini.
In May 2020, sister Biola re-joined the University Research Co., LLC (URC) but this time to work in a CDC-funded project "Optimizing Performance by Improving Quality"(OPIQ) which focuses on HIV and HIV/TB Programs in the Republic of South Africa. Sister Biola was able to surpass the expected objectives and goals, by bringing changes at different level of the project by supporting the Bojanala district in Rustenburg. Which also resulted in writing a case study for the organization regarding filing measurement activity as one the lesson learns and best practice. In October 2020, she decided to challenges herself by becoming independent business women by opening her own corporate called “Biola Innovation Quality Improvement services (BIQIs) PTY”, the company was officially registered in South Africa beginning November 2020 and took his wing by starting GPs set up of their site/facilities. A month later BIQI Services PTY, successfully achieved over 10 GPs set-up prior NDoH site readiness and was successfully contracted to officially open the circumcision services to the public.
