Organization of the week according to the needs of customers, and the availability of material resources and personnel available, scheduling the business calendar in conjunction with the managers of each service offered by the company. At the same time, I search for office and packaging materials suppliers for the three operating locals and for national and international shipments.

Answer approximately 30 incoming calls daily, with professional and courteous manners to identify customers needs and collect information. Personalized attention in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Key achievements:

I held different positions within the company, mainly as Directory Assistant, performing administrative tasks related to the control of warehouse materials and accounting documents.

By taking on the position of Sales and Job Coordinator, sales increased by more than 50%. In order to do so, problem solving skills are applied daily to solve customers inquiries, and escalate using appropriate channels when necessary.

In the Logistics area, there was a remarkable regularization of legal documentation related to leases offered, working in conjunction with archives area, achieving a solution to problems as incorrect billing to customers, or maintenance of branches without adequate work follow-up.

I have created new Excel spreadsheets for the control of quotations sent, contracts made and sent, pending payments and the total digitalization of the documentation of new customers and new warehouse and building maintenance regulations, trough explored new learning alternatives to solve current and future problems.
