● Emech Creantec Private Limited-Bangalore (10/06/19 to Present). design Engineer and Manufacturing.

● Tool room Engineer at HMA from 03/10/2017 to 07/06/2019. Responsibility:

● Develop machines (SPM, SIM WELDING, SPOT WELDING, PROJECTION WELDING MACHINE, WELDING FIXTURES) by studying customer requirements.

● Develop technical documentation (New product development, BOM release, DWG release).

● Create and maintain drawing information in the company database.

● Selecting FRL unit pneumatic equipment (cylinders, solenoid valves, fittings).

● Selecting and ordering materials as per machine requirement.

● Perform hands on troubleshooting, and repair.

Technical Skills:

● Software known AutoCAD, CREO, AUTODESK INVENTOR, NX, SOLIDWORKS, Microsoft Office.

● Knowledge in understanding drawings and GD&T.

● Technical knowledge in fixture design and various production processes such as (milling, turning,drilling), forming (stamping), surface finishing coating.

● Handle Machine Mechanical assembly.

● Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in English.

● Technical knowledge and designing SPOT,SEAM WELDING MACHINES, SPECIAL PERPOSE MACHINE, PRESS TOOLS, FIXTURES.

● Working experience in operating (MILLING, DRILLING, LATHE, SURFACE GRINDING, WIRECUT- FANUC).
