My Name is Elifas Mateus Shipandeni, a Namibian citizen and I am currently available to start with work any day. I am a qualified Occupational Health and Safety officer with 17 years of experience in the mining industry, industrial engineering and plant maintenance.
I have completed various training in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment, leadership training, first aid, fire, electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance profession as well as mining and metallurgy.
I have worked for NAMDEB Namibia for 13 years, of which 5 years I have been a Safety Officer. I have tremendous experiences of OSHAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Incident Investigations, Risk assessment, Integrated Safety Management Systems and Safety Auditing. I later joined Namibia Tantalite Mine in September 2017 as an Underground Senior Safety Officer and successfully headed a safety department. In June 2019 I joined Namib Lead and Zinc mine as an Underground Safety officer in Erongo region and excelled beyond expectations.
