CAREER OBJECTIVE

PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

Professional with expertise in project planning, contract management, commercial operation and relationship management.

Eye cataract operation campaign organized by Tata Steel in April 2013 National Urban Information Scheme.

IGP facilitation projects in 6 villages under Ghato area, West Bokaro, Jharkhand: lac cultivation and poultry farming.

Post graduate diploma in Rural Development.(2010-20012)

ORGANISATION : JSLPS, Ranchi,Jharkhand. (Feb 19 to till date )working

DESIGNATION : Block program manager at godda distict(Mahagama block)

Responsibilities:

As a Block program manager I am overall inchrge of NRLM project running by JSLPS under Jharkhand government.

To supervise and monitor the progress of the project working for women empowerment in the villages under the block.

Generate livelihood through the making self help group in all the villages comes under different clusters.

Submit monthly progress report of the project to district higher authorities and to the block development officer in block.

Final copy of the report after verification by the district officers hs been submitted to DDC and DC for review meeting.

Making every month target and according to that assign the work to the staffs under my supervision.

MMaking awareness in villages of the various programs, schemes running the government of india.

Liasioning with the banks so that funds can be released for the SHGs given the government in a smooth way.

Maintain better coordination with the administration and officials working for the government in chance of any social as well as political disputes if arrises.

ORGANISATION : DRDA Ranchi, Jharkhand. (July 2017 to August 2018)working

DESIGNATION : District Training Coordinator(PMAY-G)

Responsibilities:

Giving training to block level staffs and district staffs engaged in Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana(pmay-g) project in Ranchi district.

Monitor Awaas Yojana stauts in blocks of ranchi district.

Making MIS report.

Assist technical support monitored from state level as well as central.

Generate and circulate weekly reports on the progress of the project.

Coordinate work assignment; resource allocation to optimize task completion.

Ability to facilitate communication with rural youths and their parents(both individual and group).

ORGANISATION : GRAVIS NGO, Ranchi, Jharkhand. (Jan 2014 to Oct 2016)

INTERNSHIP

Central Coalfield Limited, Darbhanga house, Ranchi(Jharkhand) prepared “Comparative study report on the major Corporate social responsibilities activities of 2 villages undertaken”.

TRAINING COURSE ATTENDED

Urban field exposure in the village of Ranchi for 45 days as a college volunteer. Main aim is to focus on child education and carried on minor as well as major issues in the area like health, sanitation, Infrastructure development projects passed out from the particular block.

40 days training campaign carried on from the college in gumla area, Jharkhand.

The works are participated rural appraisal, get together with the local villagers, Income generation programme awareness mainly to womens like lac cultivation and dairy farming,

Participated in 4 days training on reproductive health & family planning: special focus on field management & planning on Jan 2013.

Participated 5 days training “Reproductive health & family planning”, April 2013 held in T.S.R.D.S undertaken by Tata Steel.

Participated in short course for Self Help Groups linkages with the banks facilitated by Tata Steel.
