+ Daily checking and printing of the CS queue for citizen
complaints in their assigned area
«Inspect parcels from CS queue of citizen complaints
«Received daily area assignment for canvassing
- Canvass assigned area for overgrowth violations
- Researched parcels using the Tom Leatherwood site; identify
parcel ID #, owner, legal address
- Creating a service request in the City’s internal Oracle system
for each parcel ID # with overgrowth violation

services.
- Communicate with internal/external customers to include City
staff, citizens and Grounds’ contractors
-Print daily Oracle Task Report and submit to supervisor
- Complete a daily log of activities and a summary count of
parcel dispositions
- Attend various meetings; neighborhood association, staff or
division meetings
