Role and Responsibilities:

Attending kick-off meeting & clarifying the work scope with clients.

Preparing Electrical Deliverables list & input to the DCL.

Conducting Site Survey to collect data and latest information from the site / multi parties involved in the project for as building the Load list, Key Single Line Diagrams & Layouts.

Travel to site for site survey, participate in technical meetings with site representatives to discuss the technical requirement, study findings and recommendations.

Coordinate with other departments to get input data necessary for electrical design.

Preparing the load list.

Preparing overall & individual single line diagrams.

Conducting the load summary to size and verify electrical equipment.

Performing transformer sizing

Performing Cable Sizing & Voltage drop calculation.

Performing Cable Tray, Trench, Duct Bank and Conduit Sizing.

Review the Engineering documents & Drawings & specifications issued by the EPC contractor.

Regularly performs reviews of vendor documents to ensure specifications and data sheet requirements are met.

Preparing Red-line mark-ups & As-built drawings based on the changes done at site.

Preparation of Bill of quantities (BOQ) covering all the items as per the scope of works.

Support during Cost Estimation of project.

Technically estimate vendor offer, issue technical bid tabulations.

Formulating electrical package for Squad-Check and passed to QA / QC Department.
