I have successfully opened and run 3 restaurants over the past 20 years. The first was initially opened as Julians Coffee Shop in 1994, but quickly grew, enabling me to move to a space double in size to become executive chef and owner of Julians Restaurant. In 2008 I acquired the storefront adjacent to the restaurant and opened Town Tavern. In 2012 I opened Mariner Steak and Seafood in the neighboring town. After two years of owning and operating all three locations, I made the decision to sell Julians and Town Tavern in 2014 to an up-and –coming chef, with a contractual agreement to oversee the operations initially and mentor the new owner. Both operations still maintain the quality I instilled from the beginning. I am seeking a career that enables me to utilize my 20 years of experience in executive management, food service and sales, staff development, and business development.
