Job Role

• Analyze the Given building structural drawings & executing it properly

• Preparing the method Statement, Building sequence and managing a team of Supervisor, charge hand, Surveyor and QC inspectors.

• Responsible for Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.

• Prepare and review the daily report, man power allocation, time sheet of hired equipment, site modification reports.

• Entering the daily progress in the system

• Prepare the work priority list as per building sequence and follow up from the construction department.

• Monitoring with purchase department to avoid any delay in material as per priority.

• Co-ordinate with the QC inspection and safety visit.

• Follow up material list and fulfil the points to hand over the site. Familiar with Isometric drawings, General assembly drawings
