SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

I had been worked as Quality Controller QA/QC at Rubicon oil field international in Dubai (Jebel ali free zone) from August 2007 to May 2019. Rubicon is the first leading edge integrated technology development and manufacturing center in the Middle East, in the field of drilling tools for the oil&gas industry. We make Drilling tools like Roller reamer, stabilizer, versatile drilling reamers, Navigators, slick shoes, Bridge busters, for oil field industry. I am good familiar with the use of all inspection instruments in Inches&mm.Using Gage maker instruments for thread inspection of API,stub acme etc… I am also handling Hardness tester, Sound level meter, Lux meter, Thermometer. Making daily E-mail conversation with all departments and with all our outsourced suppliers. As the part of QHSE, we handling work permits, issuing safety tickets and also handling following responsibilities as the part of our QA/QC system.

• Inspection& issuing release note for all raw materials

• Instrument calibration& maintaining the calibration record

• Preparing reports and segregating non-conformance products

• Filing all drawings and records in color code system

• Checking the operations as per root cards

• Check documentation for outgoing shipment

• 100%Inspection and maintain the record of all machined components

• Hard facing inspection

• Hardness inspection for all raw material finished goods

• Final Inspection document verification of finished goods

• Preparing quality documents like Dimensional Data sheets and Certificate of Conformance

• Welding & crack inspection (Liquid penetrant dye testing)

• Inspecting and making damage report for returning tools(rental tools from site) QHSE RESPONSIBILTIES

• Monitoring medicines in first aid box

• Noise monitoring& maintaining of its records

• Monitoring waste skip level and used oil barrels

• Conducting monthly meeting with foreman and operators for good quality products With 100%of safety environment.

• Monitoring to all operators for wearing P.P.E(personnel protective equipment)
