• 1. Ensuring that all activities are running in accordance to latest approved drawings / documents only. Also, ensure no work is commenced before obtaining all required clearances / releases and approvals.

• 2. Follow and implement the company Health and Safety Policies and Strategies.

• 3. Controlling the cost in my construction area and take care of the resources

• 4. Coordination of daily site activities with My Project Engineer, subcontractors and site team.

• 5. Supervision and handing for construction of concrete work, finishing work(internal, external paint

& Claddings, floor tiles,block work, plaster, water proofing)

• 6. Very well information about supplier–sub contractor and organization at career.

• 7. Briefing and reporting to the Construction Management regularly: progress, problems, solutions, changes. Advising prior commencement and upon completion of any activity or remedial works.

• 8. Control of Construction materials, plants, equipments & tools.

• 9. Supervision of site preparation during mobilization in line with mobilization programme. Supervision of site surveying and setting-out of gridlines & levels.
