Preparation of strategies for activities.

Implementing safety protocols

Maintenance all asset investment plans and ensure compliance to capital expenditure

Evaluation of system capacity and analyze all production requirements and system deficiencies

Coordination with other engineering departments

Planning and implementing extraction systems and analyzing activities for internal and external departments

Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions.

Generate technical illustration

Preparation of study report and Deploy Automation and Controls Solutions Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems program

Communication and coordination with suppliers

Supervise and manage the erection team during the executing of the projects under his control.

Follow-up management and technical supervision for the projects assigned to him

Issue the necessary programs of erection through the Construction

Manager for the approval during the installation phase of the project in co-ordination with the Planning Department and the Production for any technical matters arising during the installation phase of the project.

Keep at all times a close relationship with project's Main Contractor, Client and Consultant of the project for a proper coordination of the installation works.

Ensure effective operation of installation/construction procedures.

Keep update records and proper filing and Investigate incidents, determine root cause and develop corrective actions.

Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard risk profile.

Manage reports and present summaries to management with suggested solutions.

Interpret legal requirements and standards by monitoring R&D projects

Design blast patterns using a variety of techniques for wall control and production blasting

Held bench meetings to discuss drilling and blasting of bench prior to a shovel mining in the area

Create variance report and Schedule variance and cost variance at various stages of the project to analyze deviation

Helped implemented a monitoring program for underground operations to minimize the impact to the underground working from surface blasting

Developed timing for the blast crew using seismograph and signatures holes to minimize damaging vibrations to the high wall

Provide daily and weekly report of drilling and blasting

Reduction of cost to blasting and drilling efforts by optimizing blast design

Activation of underground water tanks and sumps of underground mine

Mange logistics and mining operations along with providing Support to HSE inspections, audits and self-assessments.
