CONTRACTS GOV/COMM: Review and approve SOW–RFP; Assign Labor Estimate, Provide Materials required and develop Request for Pricing (RFP) for any Sub/vendor to Complete SOW.

RFP = labor + Materials +Sub/vendor (IDR’S, CFR, RCC, COPA) > SITE/SHIP CHECKS.

ALL CONTRACT REQ J1 SPEC, J2 WI Index, J3 Clauses, J4 GFM, J-5 QASP, J6 Progress.

PROJECTS Oversee/Sup: Structural, Piping, Machinery, Electrical, Ventilation HVAC, Ship Alt, AIT.

PM, PE, PC PLANNING: Reviews specifications and drawings, exhibits for cost estimate, develop detail takeoff of drawings; able to work closely with Contract Administrators, Material Estimators, Subcontract Administrators and Advanced Planning personnel in the development of labor estimates, Schedules and Programs.

Design Software’s (A) AutoCAD, (B) Solidworks, CAM, Catia, Pro-E, Sketch Up, Tribon- Nassco,

ME MECHANICAL ENGINEER / MFG OPERATIONS:

Knowledge in project management, problem Solving and Internal/External Customers.

Experience on Projects repair operations Rip out + Shop Fabrication + Installation.

Experience on Manufacturing as Structural, SMS, Machining (Drawings, GDT & Materials).

Experience on Mechanical Design using AutoCAD and SolidWorks 2020

Reads, interprets, and understands blueprints, complex and critical work specifications, and equipment technical manuals in according with ANSI Y14.5 Drawings standards and GDT.

Knowledge Quality QMS ISO, Manual, Procedures, WI’s and Forms (Internal/External Audits)

Experience on welding operations as Certified Associated Welding Inspector CAWI #14040174-WAS / AWS #609212 Member. WPS, PQR & WPQR; Processes FCAW, GMAW, SAW, SMAW and V, I, VG Gov Insp.

Knowledge of NDT- NDE ASNT (Methods PT, MT UT, RT & X-RAYS). Per Spec. or Dwg. Req.

Knowledge of Codes as AWS D1.1, ASME, ASTM, NAV-Mil-Std-1689, 248,278.2035.

Knowledge of Standards & NAVSEA Std’s (009-106WAF; -024TAG OUT; -007; 74SF; -012FAB ; -004 QMS ISO; -022 Elect; -026 Deck; - 011Lagging; -032Paint; & Others as Req.) FY18, 19 Or other.

Analytical, Problem solving, Ability tools 5why’s, CAPA, 5s, DMAIC, 8D, LEAN, SIX SIGMA and Team Player-detail and Results oriented.
