I am seeking a permanent position with a company that is interested in hiring a dedicated young person that has a variety of short term experience and desires more in depth training to grow into a valuable asset to their business.
Over the past 6 years I have managed to find employment in a verity of jobs ranging from rather basic physical work to more technically oriented tasks requiring willingness and dedication to learn. Though most of the positions I have held have been short term, I have managed to remain employed and in some cases worked multiple positions to remain productive.
Past responsibilities offered the opportunity to demonstrate my willingness to perform strenuous tasks which would benefit any business. My desire is to progress in a position that challenges me to become more proficient in related tasks as well as new tasks. Recent employment taught me the technic of prepping and powder coating equipment prior to assembly then doing touch up painting and buffing. I enjoy working with equipment such as forklifts, back hoes and loaders and have gotten quite proficient. I enjoy metal work doing welding or cutting, and basic mechanic work. Though I like working with equipment or shop tools, I have no problem working with hand tools doing manual labor.
