· Take caring the EB portfolio (GMC, GPA, GTL, WC.) & Flex plan policies.

· Interact with insurance companies for Endorsement underwriting and etc.

· Conduct the Helpdesk to resolve the discrepancies of employees.

· Maintain the claim documents records with us for existing clients.

· Communicate with insurance companies for claim process related issues as well as other necessity reasons.

· Follow-ups with TPA companies and Insurer's for claims processing, Payment and other reasons.

· Share the ICR report and MIS to existing client to aware claims ICR and get resolve the Pending issues on monthly basis.

· Preparation of various analysis/presentations as per the client’s requirement.

· Maintaining client’s data base of the client along with the premium calculation of addition/deletion of the employees/dependents for all the policies.

· Monthly reconciliation of portal data with TPA Data.

· Cross verification of T & C of quotation with policy wordings and tailor made policies of corporates.

· Presentation to client on various claims analysis and suggestions for changes in policy T & C accordingly.

· Managing claims within TAT and Maintaining TAT for reverts as well as registering daily entries for grievances/inquires received from Insurance co/brokers/corporate.

· Coordination with the TPA’s as well as Insurance Company for timely settlement of claims and endorsement respectively.

· Providing the various reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports) for enrolment as well as claims to clients.

· Maintaining the healthy relations with clients, insurance companies and TPA’s.

· Providing Weekly reports to concerned HR, CE and reporting Manager.

· Managing related task with reference to all above mentioned work area.

· Preparation of various analysis/presentations as per the client’s requirement.

· Maintaining Master Data of rejected claims & Doctor’s revert within TAT

· Taking follow-up with multiple TPA’s and insurance company on recommended claims by the Doctors & arranging to process within TAT.

· Providing weekly Dashboard of Review and rejection claim to respective CE’s on Pan India Level basis

· Providing Monthly Dashboard Client wise, TPA wise, Insurer wise and rejection classification wise to Higher Management on Pan India Level.
