A pleasure to send you this bit of information about, I am in the Commerce business, I buy and resell different merchandises from cars to clothing, However lately I started working from home as well and find myself to really enjoy that liberty. My most recent jobs were with:

ACD DIRECT : PBS based, we work for a number of Radio and TV Stations taking donations and pledges, raising funds for good non profit causes. Liveops : Worked with many clients for LiveOps, started with Victoria secrets then did customer service for Rentokil, also worked as a Chat, SMS and shopper support for Shipt which is a grocery delivery company.

Arise Network: I have worked for CCHS home services wich later became Cinch as a claim agent and appointment setter for home appliances where we also made outbound to service providers to get best appointment dates.

Contract X Change: a platform where you can choose the program to service, I was taking orders for Pizza Hut. There is not really much to it, it's pretty simple I loved it and enjoy placing the orders for the customers and at the same time doing customer service I am hoping to partner with you and provide great customer experience.
