construction experience. Recently, I closed my construction business due to the rising costs and shortages of materials. I could no longer feel certain about completing projects on time and within budget. EXPERIENCE

PRESIDENT/OWNER OF: TRI-STATE BUILDINGS INC. 1990 - 2021 Sold, Designed and Erected buildings in the tri state area. My projects were turnkey and included: Agricultural, Commercial, Mini Storage and Recreational. Most of my business came through referrals, which confirmed to me that I was meeting or exceeding the customer’s needs. GENERAL MANAGER OF: ACCRA MANUFACTURING INC. 1980 - 1990 Grew this Mom & Pop Sporting Goods manufacturer of archery products to having such clients as: Bass Pro Shops, Gander Mountain and Wal*Mart. Implemented (Invencount) a computerized inventory and re-ordering system. Worked closely with the U.S. Archery Team (winning) the Gold Medal with the Accra Sight at the 1998 Olympics.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR FOR: POWER SYSTEMS 1972 - 1979 Worked with project managers to build: Chemical and Power plants as well as Oil Refineries. I would make job-site visits to confirm that the contract specifications were being met. Review with field staff any change orders needed and agree upon percentages of completion for billing purposes. The last project was for the structural steel and boiler erection on the GRDA project in Chouteau, Oklahoma.
