R ESPOSIBILITIES :

-Checking drawings.

- Checking of quality of work and materials.

- Checking quantities of materials which used.

-Monitoring project and ensure if it as timescale or not.

-Work as main technical advisor.

-Coordinate between owner, contractor, planner, quantities surveyors and any other stockholders.

-Coordinates with facilities to ensure if work as regulations and lows. Communicating with owner and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

-Monitoring project day-to-day.

planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

-Checking quality control and safety matters on site.

-negotiating any technical problems with contractor and owner.

-resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

-preparing reports as required.
