-Coordinate between owner, contractor, planner, quantities surveyors and any other stockholders.

-Coordinates with facilities to ensure if work as regulations and lows. Communicating with owner and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.

-Monitoring project day-to-day.

-Checking quality control and safety matters on site.

-negotiating any technical problems with contractor and owner.

-resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
