Receiving and In Process Inspection

Followed established procedures receiving incoming parts and in-process of operators/mechanics. I have been trained on Cmbre, AR47, FEA and Inner Seeker lines. Present hardware to DCMA for final. Scan paperwork and make sure configuration has been done and is correct. Certified to J-std, IPC 610, IPC 620. Presently also have secret clearance.

11/2012 –4/2017 Boeing Huntington Beach, CA

Inspect PCB assemblies and subassemblies, cables, vendor furnished receivers and processors. Present hardware to DCMA and in shipping DD1149 and DD250. Id and damage and close out. Support several programs. I work with engineering on any changes. In process inspection for assembly of Pwb's. Solder, torque certified.

11/2009 – 11/2012: Receiving/Inspection/Assembly

Northrop Grumman (21240 Burbank Blvd, Woodland Hills CA 913**-***-*** 3671 Receive raw materials and process for electrical test, solder test, x-ray and visually inspect. Compare invoice to part number and look up part number in matrix and pull drawings and prints to verify. Also electronically test parts, niton test and process paperwork and parts to the next step. Switched from TIPQA to SAP after the first year. Also worked on Space assemblies making cables (solder cups), soldering sub assemblies, relays, pcbs, bonding parts, j-std certified, IPC 610 and ESD, NASA 8379. Unemployment from 5/2008 to 11/2009

1/2006 - 5/2008: Final Test Inspection

Inspection Over the shoulder test for technicians and engineers, in-process inspection for navigational mechanics in the ordnance area, checked previous paperwork of the assemblies that all go together to make sure everything was bought off and all of the C of C's were present before presenting to the customer and DCMA. Certified for crimp and torque, soldering and ordnance I worked on various programs. Secret clearance, comsec.

4/2004 - 1/2006: janitor- Boeing Anaheim, CA 92803 I was recalled as a janitor from being laid off as a navigational mechanic. I wanted to continue my time with Boeing so I took the janitor position. Vacuumed offices, mopped floors, clean restrooms, kitchen areas and outside patio areas as well.

1990-1991 Boeing- Anaheim, CA 92803 Thick Film- Screen printer for substrates, inspect and test. Lockheed Martin 1991-1995 – Ontario, CA

Electronic Bench Assembler/Wireman on airplane s. I built all kinds of avionic boxes for engineering

(prototype) and wired aircraft mostly C-130. Solder, torque and crimp certified. DRS-Anaheim, CA 2000-2001 Navigational Mechanic

DRS bought Boeing program and I worked for them to help transition the program to Florida. I performed the same duties that I did for Boeing.

Boeing-Anaheim, CA 1985-1989, 1995-1997, 1997-2000 Navigational Mechanic I worked on precision assemblies soldering and wiring, working in cleanroom assembling precision assemblies. Certified to mil-std 2000 soldering and torque, crimping, leak test certified. Also performed powder coat and ran mold press.

Ford Aerospace – Newport Beach, CA

1979-1985Electronic Assembler/Lead Work on various assemblies and trained other employees and inspected their work for any discrepancies. Issued work and did all the paperwork necessary to perform these activities.
