Imclone Systems Inc., Branchburg, NJ - BB-50 Bio-Tech $250 Million, new 4-story 248,000 square feet biotech building with clean suites for Bulk Fill, Media Prep, Buffer Prep, Buffer Hold, Cell Culture, and Harvest as well as wash areas with autoclaves and glass washers. Scope included new HVAC and utilities.
GSK Automation Facility Building 12, Collegeville, PA - $310 Million, new 4-story laboratory, 147,882 SF consisting of functional areas for Screening Sciences, High Throughput Chemistry, Computational Analytical and Structural Sciences with HVAC and new utilities.
Merck & Co., Inc. Building B-30 Wilson Modernization Facility Expansion, Wilson, NC - $165 Million renovation of 2-story process building which consisted of compressing, encapsulating, and dispensing suites, along with wash area and high bay staging areas.
Merck & Co., Inc. Building B69D Modernization Suspension Preparation Facility Expansion, West Point PA - $185 million new 4-story manufacturing plant, 148,055 SF with process manufacturing areas for compressing, encapsulating and blending dispensing suites, requiring relocation of 15kv and 5kv feeders.
Newark Arena, Newark, NJ - $270 million electrical mechanical infrastructure and foundations for arena.

Merck & Co., Inc. Building West Point Pa. New 35 kv Utility Switching Center and Substation.
$150 million installation of 2-new 20 MVA 34.5 kva /13.8kva transformers and 13.8 kva switchgear for new 13.8 distribution for plant expansion. This project consisted of 3-34.5 kv switches, 2-20 MVA transformers and new 13.8 double ended switchgear, with feeder breakers and new electrical vault for electrical feeders.
Merck & Co., Inc. New Water Treatment Plant (Merck & Co), Albany, GA - $50 million installation of waste water treatment plant including 2 new water treatment basins, new building for control and monitoring and electrical distribution for power and controls for all pumps including new pump lift station.
