All large-scale energy development companies utilize specialized Electrical/Instrumentation and control equipment in their operations. This equipment provides vital information to indicate that the machines and equipment in a plant are operating properly and safely. An individuals are needed to ensure electrical instruments control equipment and control systems are maintained and working properly. Duties in this occupation include:

Calibrating and repairing instruments and associated equipment

Working with electronic control systems including microprocessors, sensors, and final control elements used HMI in automated processes

Measuring levels, pressures, temperatures, flow, and analytical processes

Testing instrumentation and control systems and maintaining test equipment

Coordinating crew activities as required and maintaining records and files

Consulting manuals, reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

Repairing and adjusting system components or removing and replacing defective parts

Installing control and measurement instruments on existing or new plant equipment

Maintenance and trouble shooting of FACP (GENT VIGILON Conventional, Addressable and Intelligent Panels), Fire Suppression Systems (FM 200, Halon & Inert), Access Controls (G4S), EPBAX (Siemens- HIPATH 4000 system), Structured Cabling and Office Automation Equipment’s etc.

Maintenance and Trouble shooting of FACP (Simplex-2100) and fire alarm equipment’s. Diagnosed causes of faults- rectified and restored them.

Inspection and Checking for Instrumentation is also used for monitoring and controlling flow in delivery systems.

Ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate adequate planning of Aspire Zone’s Low Current Systems including, Access Control, Access Gates, UPS, HMI Controller, Master Clock and Staff Paging Systems

Review the vendor documents & Drawings preparation of Electrical small power cable documents

(LOTO & LOA permit, including cable list, cable schedule, cable routing)

Supervising the technical team and obtaining up to date reports about the ongoing maintenance works.

Maintaining and updating track record of tools and other supporting equipment's in workshop.

Follow-up Service Contracts as per the agreement policies agreed during the mobilization period with Clients Preparing reports Weekly, Monthly, Annually by Project Management System S/W.

Allocating work to team members and monitoring the progress. Taking up responsibility of the products. Performing design, simulation, and test of analog circuit functions.

Maintaining, revising and updating the existing hardware configurations, including troubleshooting, repair, and improving system functionality.

Inspection and testing of loops from field instruments system control DCS signal.

Interface with outside vendors to get designs fabricated. System and sub-system integration.

Erection of Electronics control Panels(PLC, SCADA, BMS, PCC’s, MCC’s, UPS & Others) Commissioning.

Termination, Service & maintenance of IBMS & BMS system and PLC control panel’s board.

Supervising station fire alarm system (NFPA 72), Life safety code (NFPA1), Safeguarding Construction, and Alteration (NFPA 241).
