1.Checking the purchase orders,LPO’s & Store requisitions on daily basis
2.Preparing daily cost report project wise and reporting to project manager
3.Monitoring the price variations and communicate with purchase manager
4.Submit the purchase analysis report of each and every item on a monthly basis
5.Checking and validating all the supplier invoices and exhibited material debit note to the supplier if incase goods are returned.
6. Ensure all the items in the store are available in minimum quantity as per the requirement on daily basis
7.Closely discuss with the chef and catering manager about the correct portion control, highliting cost areas and suggesting needy improvements where necessary
8.Checking daily goods receiving report
9.Monitoring the store room to ensure the products are keep updated as per the ISO standards and SOP’s
10.Verify the monthly inventory reports cross check with the store keeper and report the variation to the operation & Accounts
