● Currently, I am trained at Restaurant Medure as expo, food runner, hostess, and currently in training to serve in the lounge. I have the most experience being an expeditor/food runner and a hostess, but I really want to serve because I love interacting with guests,,and enjoy being able to help in any situation.
● Expo/food running wise my duties included running the line, firing, runnning, just generally ensuring the food is timely and the line runs smoothly. We serve from one side, serve ladies first, meaning that I have experience with fine dining food running. This also included
● I also began hotessing, and continue to pick up when needed. I have experience with both Resi and Open table. Very good at being adaptive, keeping track of covers, of reservations, and of rotation. Since this is a Medure restaurant, I also had the opportunity to host at Restaurant Medure, so I have experience with fine dining.
● I also have extensive experience being a server’s assistant. Priorities include watering tables, breading tables, clearing tables for upcoming courses, and resetting tables, This is usually done by myself, and I strive to be able to help in any way. If I am available I help in anyway, like running drinks, pouring wine, processing checks, and helping other support staff.

● My duties include making sure all guests feel welcome, and taking orders quickly and efficiently. Service included water, bread, wine, and various coursings. Extensive knowledge of the menu and of the drinks was required. I get many compliments about my personality and charisma.
● I also trained as a server assistant and continued to work this position when the restaurant needed me Server assistant duties including helping with watering, pre bussing, coursing and resetting. We also polished every dish before it went back on the line. This includes minor experience in expo-ing including some garish, ticket times, among other things.

● Everyday I rang guests up, made their food, and served it to them. I made sure that their food was good and if they had any special food needs, I made sure to cater to them.
● I have lots of experience with cold pressing, mixing juice, prepping, etc.
● I also counted the till everyday, cleaned the entire store, and was trusted to set the alarm and lock up every night.

Earth Fare, 11700 San Jose Blvd - Barista
● Every day I made sure I took guests' orders in a friendly, timely manner, made their drink, and served it to them. In my spare time I prepped the ingredients needed to keep them stocked in case there was a rush.
● I was also responsible for making sure everything was cleaned, stocked, and perfect before I left. If I had any spare time I would help my coworkers. January 2017 - August 2017

● I was tasked with ringing up guests, serving them their food, and making sure they had a fun time. This includes talking, helping, and providing information for them.
● I also counted my till every day and ensured it was accurate. I also made sure that My area was cleaned, orderly and fully stocked. Once that was done, I helped my coworkers when I could.
