Daily invest $3mill to $20mill short term cash based on cashiers’ deposits; and oversee the long-term investment money managers’ activity for the Retirement and Pension System to include the custody of all assets for the Division and OPEB Trust portfolios as well.

Work closely with other departments to include Pension Department and Risk Management area to ensure that funds are available for daily disbursements and processing of the Pension Payroll and Division payroll.

Assist the Manager in conducting meetings with investment managers and consultants to ensure that all portfolios

are in compliance with the investment guidelines.

Perform compliance analysis, research and reconcile data for monthly and quarterly reports working closely with the custodial bank to resolve all issues and/or discrepancies in the Pension, OPEB and Division accounts.
