• Ensure the implementation of the Project Management function 's objectives, plans, policies &procedures and assure they serve as basis for all the function 's operations.

• Ensure compliance of Project Management function's operations to CEPCO's policies and regulations in order to avoid any discrepancies or unsatisfactory results.

• Lead project's constructions from start to finish, with the specified specifications, budget, and time.

• Validate and control the issuance of material PR initiated by site engineers.

• Review and approve all Red Markup Drawings modification before reflected on the As-Built Drawings.

• Maintain adherence to all document control procedures to ensure complete documentation of project documents and activities.

• Assist in following up on design and submittals.

• Hold weekly progress meetings with site consultants and prepare minutes of meetings signed by all attendees and send to project manager.

• Provide guidance and leadership to all employees to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and ensure all employees recognize their fundamental role in the function.

• Delegate some responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of the function's operation.

• Monitor the adherence of the function's employees to the department's guidelines, policies, and procedures.
