Have coached in a variety of different areas ranging from affluent areas to the opposite end of the spectrum. Dealing with various groups of people throughout that time.

During the Summer of 2010 I was fortunate enough to assist Jim Gott, Manny Mota, and the Manny Mota Foundation in being a personal liaison to General Israel A. Diaz Pena of the Dominican Air Force. General Diaz is a lifelong friend of Manny Mota and also 2nd In Command of the Dominican Air Force. While General Diaz was in Los Angeles I assisted in coordinating transportation for him and his son and helped in translation for his needs. I was also his personal guest to a Dodger game in which he was honored with throwing out the first pitch. I have stayed in contact with the General to this day. Throughout the last decade of coaching collegiately, have helped in developing infielders and hitters. Have produced eight 1st team all conference infielders including four in my first two years at East LA. Have produced five 2nd team all conference infielders as well. In addition to the thirteen infielders on the all conference lists, have produced an additional seven athletes from the hitting standpoint on to all conference teams.

Since my time at East LA began, have worked in some capacity for the organization Perfect Game helping out with showcases and tournaments at our facility. Eventually being asked to work out in Fort Myers, Florida in the summer of 2018 helping out with scouting and player development in addition to working a variety of events for them. Received positive feedback from both staff and families and was asked back this past summer of 2021 and have already been asked to return for future events.

Prior to coaching collegiately, coached at San Marino H.S. and conducted hitting lessons and was the programs hitting instructor. Worked with over 100 kids from little league up to college and pro level guys. One of my guys, Bradley Haslem, went on to be a top 5 hitter in Division 1 baseball while he was at Air Force Academy. Helped with the development and placement of over 20 Division 1 hitters. References
