Quality Assurance

Program Manager

Executive Summary

As a results-proven servant leader in multiple disciplines within the aerospace industry, great pleasure is taken to share my credentials.

The foundations of my experiences reside in aircraft maintenance, quality engineering, aircraft modifications, aircraft manufacturing, NDT inspection, program management, MMRO, flight operations, reliability analytics, aircraft inspection, and aircraft airworthiness. Responsibilities have ranged from being a front-line direct employee to a servant leader. As an influential leader, I’ve restructured and lead flight operations quality teams toward zero defect and (FOD) free aircraft annual deliveries while simultaneously managing sales increases of new production aircraft and deliveries from 8 to 36 (22%) within a two-year period. In addition, to having one prior integrated team to have improved its quality first pass yields by 48% within the first year of my being their leader. As a Quality Program Manager at the clients External Maintenance Providers (EMPs), I manage safe project execution, information, interactions with others, work package compliance, and proactively take a customer service approach to all activities which characterize Delta's service objectives to both its internal and external customers.

In addition, while upholding DAL Core Values and Rules of the Road, I convey process optimization, continued compliance expectations, by identifying safety/risk mitigation factors. I’m also an avid community activist.
