Site Deliverables:

Review material submittals of all mechanical systems for compliance with specifications and required local/federal/international standards.

Understanding shop drawings and co-ordination drawings of all mechanical systems to comply with reference to contract drawings and site conditions.

Review the method statements for the installation of various systems focusing specially on critical activities i.e. chiller installation, cooling tower installation etc.

Getting the work done at site as per approved drawings by issuing instructions to supervisor and managing Manpower, Material & Machinery.

Taking decision and responding to the RFI's (request for information) and RFS (request for substitution of materials) keeping in view the intent of the specification, contracts drawings and required standards.

To carry out routine site visits and to issue site instructions and non-conformance in case deviation is observed with respect to material, procedure, routing of services, delay etc.

To attend progress, technical and co-ordination meetings with the client and contractor respectively.

To approve as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.

To carry out sizing of ducts, CHW pipe, water supply pipe and drainage pipes etc in case of any variation in design at site.

Design Deliverables:

Heat load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by manuals and by latest HVAC ASHRAE E20 Form

Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and DW144 duct design codes, selection of diffusers, grilles G.I sheet etc. (Mc Quay Software)

To prepare the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHU’s, Chillers, Pumps etc., on the basis of Heat Load calculations from respective models like Blue Star, Voltas, and Carrier etc.

Preparing the Air Distribution System for the complete design.

Calculating the Duct Sizing according to the CFM by using Mc Quay Software

Calculating the Pipe Sizing for the chilled water system according to the GPM.
