Toolpusher/rig manager, with 10 years supervisory experience and 19 years total experience in the oil & gas industry.
Worked for Eastern Colorado well services in North Dakota I was their GM until the slowdown in 2014-2015 when they pulled out of North Dakota
I worked closely and visited costumers scheduled meetings overlooked operations for all our rigs approved all rig tickets and purchases for the company.

Other responsibilities included the coordination of multiple services, scheduling of equipment, drill out, overseeing initial flow back and production.
Very familiar with current safety standards and have experience working on H2S production wells. Specializing in Rig snubbing operations, been occasions were power swivel had to be used and drill in every connection after the heel. Also good reporting skills using Open Wells and Well View software.
Knowledge of Mud Motors, Acidizing/Perf Washes with Jet Tools, Drill outs and Abandonments.
Knowledge of down hole, well control, fishing tools, very familiar with packers & Wireline packers (RBP), Squeeze jobs, Shoot new perf with Wire line. Hazard Identification and Proper Safety Control Identification. Excellent communicator and very team driven.

Oversee drill out/ production rig . We’re doing Toe-preps & Heavy work over. Anything from Liner repairs, Frac plug drill outs, Snubbing, Set & Drill out Plugs with TBG or WL,
Fishing job’s, also worked production. Rod and tbg jobs pump changes.
change out BHA and run back in and space out well. Job scopes changes from job to job updating Jsa throughout the day and holding tailgate meetings to ensure everyone understands the job change. And precautions needed to work safely .
While on top of this making sure crew and third party are following safety standard according to Blackhawk energy services policies and whiting policies.
Staying on top of equipment and minimizing break downs. Having location clean and rig well maintained. Making sure All orders are followed correctly

2010-October,2015 started as a rig operator working with marathon oil out of Dickinson Nd
Work we did was mostly production/service work pump changes and tbg leaks just repairing wells.
They asked me to push tools. started to push tools for about a year and they moved me to head pusher within 6 months and assistant area manager in another 6 months. I was there GM out of North Dakota division from 2013-2015 in charge of 2 yards one in Williston ND and another out of Dickinson Nd.
I was looking over operations for 9-10 rigs all with different companies
