Duties.

• Responsible for repairing mobiles devices such as smartphones and tablet and be able to diagnose and replace as necessary any external and internal parts on the entire device.

• Replace and re-work BGA and Non-BGA micro-electronic components using automated and hand soldering equipment.

• Handle through-hole soldering, DIP/SIP Devices and Sockets, and various types of SMT component.

• Deal with re-flow of solder paste, bridging, probe marks, and other similar surface conditions in solder joints.

• Removes residue from chips with flux and cleans printed circuit board assembly (PCBA’s

• use computer to run Diagnostic Tests.

• Read and interpret written instructions from customers and determine if corrective action summaries and maintenance instructions are relevant to the service issue.

• Repairing circuit boards and solder components.

• Maintaining stock levels using a computerized system to ensure all needed equipment and materials are available.

• Following technical drawings carefully.

Duties.

• Perform disassembly and assembly of AIR units single and dual bands such as 023,044,146 according to established procedures.

• Prepare AIR units for shipping.

• Perform disassembly and assembly using automated machine flip & M.

• Test units for ALT (air leakage test) PASS/FAIL result.

• Solder and re work units / modify unit according to Ericsson specifications.

• Perform visual inspection to identify non-conformities & Perform corrective actions on cosmetic faults.
