DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process orders for shipping, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirements.

To ensure all customers receive full, accurate & on time orders.

Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.

Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issues.

Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of materials.

Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.

Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.

Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.

Ensure that the correct inventory transactions are taking place in ERP.

To arrange warehouse logistics according to the instructions of the Site Manager.

To manage the receiving, check, storage and preservation of materials delivered at Site.

To initiate claims against vendors for missing materials and/or non-conformity with the relevant purchase order.
