Execution of Fabrication and erection of Piping

Completion of piping as per test packages

Execution hydro test, cleaning(air blowing and water flushing) and pre-commissioning activities for mechanically completed packages.

Identification of all piping materials.

Review of GAD’s with respect to P&ID, Isometric drawing, Piping support drawings, Equipment layout drawing.

Preparation of weld map and marking for spool fabrication

Fabrication and erection of piping using Inconel, Bond strand etc

Preparation and execution of Tie-in works in Acid, Chlorine, Oxygen, Nitrogen lines during shutdown

Responsible to resolve the site deviation with consulting client engineer

Preparation of site modification reports and as built drawings.

Coordination with Client QA/QC Engineers to complete the test packages and hand over to commissioning team

Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

Quantity survey and estimating project cost

Preparation and submission of monthly invoices based upon monthly progress and getting approval from client for piping, tankage, structural works

Monitoring material issue and maintain status for received pipe fittings

Monitoring fabrication works and maintain status for fabricated spools

Preparation of fit-up, weld visual reports

Documentation of quality formats as per Project Quality Plan

Inspection and offer for client’s acceptance to proceed further job
