Oversee right of way construction on the Cactus II project from McCamey, TX to south of Ozona, TX. Scope includes operating on extreme slopes and unstable terrain while maintaining right of way limits, maintaining water bodies, and avoiding hot lines and overhead power lines.
Reduced downtime in operations by clearing, grubbing, making side cuts, and rerouting while working with blasting crews for the 90 miles.
Excavated, identified, repaired, and backfilled over 30 ccvg anomalies and excavated dent anomalies after product was flowing.

Designed, developed, and implemented efficient effluent systems from inside the plant to the environment. Supervised horizontal drilling for firewater piping routes under the existing plant. Developed a plan to regrade the existing surface under the lng pipe racks that had sunk over the years.
