Saved $3M on a project by thoroughly reading and understanding the specs and drawings to identify useable sub-soil on the project site, eliminating the need to purchase soil and deliver it at Diamond B Construction.

Oversee right of way construction on the Cactus II project from McCamey, TX to south of Ozona, TX. Scope includes operating on extreme slopes and unstable terrain while maintaining right of way limits, maintaining water bodies, and avoiding hot lines and overhead power lines.

Reduced downtime in operations by clearing, grubbing, making side cuts, and rerouting while working with blasting crews for the 90 miles.

Excavated, identified, repaired, and backfilled over 30 ccvg anomalies and excavated dent anomalies after product was flowing.

APTIM CAPITAL Johnsons Bayou, LA

CIVIL SUPERVISOR, March 2018 - June 2018

Designed, developed, and implemented efficient effluent systems from inside the plant to the environment. Supervised horizontal drilling for firewater piping routes under the existing plant. Developed a plan to regrade the existing surface under the lng pipe racks that had sunk over the years.

Reduced risk exposure by developing safe and effective method for the boring team, locating existing hot lines and electrical lines in underground structures to ensure a safe drill and pull back.

Improved team performance by hiring key operators based on knowledge and team needs.

Brought the failing sub grade back to federal standards using materials and methods learned while building interstate highways. Put plans in action and successfully started a very long and extensive federal regrading project for Cheniere LNG before leaving to come back to pipeline work.
