Developed outfitting functional weight breakdown for new customer completion specs. Prepared Estimated Weight and Balance report and loadsheets for Completion Sales to new customers (at rate of 95 per year). Advised possible fixes of any apparent adverse loading conditions.

Calculated and approved/rejected engineering models in SmarTeam for monuments, cabinets, systems and customer options. Prepared Calculated Weight Report for stress support, and loadsheets and to check loadability. At rate of 85 /yr.

Calculated weight impact of changes to initially signed customer specs.Supported weight reduction initiatives for both in-house and Supplier components. Prepared final delivery and certification documents and loadsheets. At rate of 85/yr.

Tracked and advised of completion weight trends between the (4) Gulfstream Completions center sites and what may contribute to variances.

Created spreadsheet process that repeatably predicts GIV’s to plus or minus 50 lbs of final and predicts GV’s to plus or minus 100 lbs of final. Prepared AWBS reports per military customer requirements.

Involved in daily F-35 Air Vehicle level change board activities by coordinating with IPT weights members in order to assess Air Vehicle level weight impacts for candidate structures and systems design configuration changes.

Supported the change management review process by analyzing and authoring weight impact and implementation verbiage for submittal to the F-35 mass properties database (MPDMS) to facilitate the change board cost vs. weight configuration decision making process.
