Carry out a gap analysis on available MEP provisions and future demands prior commencing any fit-out activities.

Prepare and issue all technical clarifications during tender to the Client.

Conduct fault finding on all MEP systems and provide technical solutions for immediate rectification

Conduct planning, organize and manage the successful delivery of multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.

Ensure filing and records of MEP related documentation is maintained in conjunction with the document controller.

Prepare, review and approval method statements and risk assessments to ensure all staff are following safe working practice at all times

Preparations of all shop drawings, material samples and material submissions against project specification.

Conduct and manage project closeout procedures, carry out commissioning of all MEP installations, production of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties and certificates, local bond releases, final inspections, and facilitate occupancy.
