I started as a line worker, then promoted up to a line lead, then up to the floor lead (manger). I was offered the Supervisor position, but I enjoyed being hands on with the employees. I worked in production, looking over three different departments on one floor, being in charge of 100 to 115 employees. Taking attendance, making what we called the P scheduling. I also checked all product labels, dates, appearance, and packaging before being shipped out, and fixing machinery when down. I was employed there for 16 years, until I started having health issues.
